Terms of Service

1) Acceptance & changes

By accessing or using jackpotsreporter.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2) Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts as set out below.

3) Virtual currency, gameplay & no prizes

• Gameplay uses virtual coins/credits and virtual items (“Virtual Items”).
• Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold, and have no cash value.
• No winnings, rewards, or outcomes can be exchanged for money, goods, or services.
• The Service is not a gambling service and does not offer real-money betting.

4) Optional in-app purchases (if offered)

We may offer optional purchases to obtain Virtual Items. Purchases are not required to play. Prices, payment processing, taxes, and platform rules (e.g., app store terms) apply. Except where required by New Zealand law, purchases are non-refundable and Virtual Items cannot be redeemed or transferred outside the Service.

5) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, automation/bots, or interfering with the Service.
• Harassment, hate speech, unlawful content, or infringement of others’ rights.
• Attempting to sell, trade, or cash-out Virtual Items or accounts.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access to systems or data.

6) Intellectual property & licence

We (and our licensors) own the Service, including software, content, trademarks, and game mechanics. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for lawful entertainment purposes only.

7) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and remove Virtual Items) if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, pose a security risk, or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and may be unavailable or change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable) or liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

9) Governing law & disputes (New Zealand)

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. If a dispute arises, please contact us first to try to resolve it. If unresolved, you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
